Change Microsoft Exchange Password on iphone

If your Exchange password expires, you will need to change it manually on your iPad or iPhone or else your iDevice will continue to try to sign in and will unlock your account. If that happens, skip the pop-up that asks you to input your password and follow these steps to change Microsoft exchange password.

Change Microsoft Exchange Password 

Open the settings from the main menu and click the "Mail" option. Then under "Accounts," select your Exchange email account.

After selecting your CSU Chico Exchange account, the following menu will appear. Delete the current password, update it to your new password, and click Finish.

If you are currently locked out of your account, you may still be able to receive emails. If you get an "Unable to verify account" error, please call ITSS and unlock your account
